Apple Pie Recipe with Bob’s Red Mill Gluten-Free Pie Crust Mix

This apple recipe is for 8 slices. You will need around an hour to 2 hours to make this recipe.

Ingredients

  • A pack of Bob’s Red Mill gluten-free pie crust mix
  • 4 pounds of apples. You can use any types of apples. Peel and take out the seeds.
  • A half-cup of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar for the topping
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt, nutmeg, and cinnamon
  • An egg white or 1/8 cup of milk for the topping

How to Make
