#Peanut Butter and Jelly Apple Bites

You can find peanut butter and jelly composition in any kind of children’s food. However, when you are going to gluten-free, it will be more challenging since you can’t just take any bread out of the shelf.

In order to make simple gluten free food for toddlers as an alternative to peanut butter and jelly, you can try to use apple slices.

You can cut one apple into 4 slices and take out the core from all slices.

On each slice, you can slather the half part with peanut butter while the rest with jelly.

#Parmesan Chicken Nuggets

No kids will throw away chicken nuggets. It is a fun way to make sure they get enough protein. However, most chicken nuggets are made of wheat flour and additionally fried in oil. In this case, you can opt to bake them to make a healthier alternative.

If you have breadcrumbs which are gluten-free, then you will be able to make them ready in an instant.

To make this gluten free food for toddlers, first, you can cut skinless and boneless chicken breasts to become one-inch cubes. Dip all of them in melted butter or coconut oil.

Mix a half cup of grated parmesan in a cup of gluten-free breadcrumbs then season it with enough salt.

After dipping the chicken nuggets inside the mixture, you can bake them at 375 degrees for 15 or 18 minutes. It should be brown and cooked through by then.
