Once mixed, then you can add the gluten free flour, garlic powder, salt, egg whites, and 2 tbsp. of vegetable oil.

Then, you can choose to either knead the dough manually with hands or using an electric mixer with medium speed.

Once the dough comes together, then you can stop the mixing process.

The next step:

Divide the dough into two balls. Cover both balls with the remaining oil.

Once covered, then you can press the dough until it forms a 10-inch round disk on the baking sheets.

Then, let the dough fermented a little bit and rise for a better texture and taste after you cover it with a plastic wrap.

Let it sit on a warm place avoiding direct contact with sunlight for about 30 minutes.

Once fermented, you will see the dough will be rising and have a fluffy texture. The next step is to heat the oven around 425°F and bake the dough for 8 to 10 minutes until the color turns light brown. After that, you can take out the dough and use any toppings you like.

Once you add the topping, put it back to the oven for another 7 to 10 minutes until the topping is baked properly. Take it out and you can enjoy your home-made gluten free pizza.
