  • 256 grams of sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon of xanthan gum
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoons baking soda
  • ¾ teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoons kosher salt
  • 2 eggs

How to make gluten free sour cream coffee cake?

Before making cookie dough, you must first make the toppings. The trick is:

  • First, prepare a medium-size bowl
  • Put all the ingredients make a topping, then mix until blended
  • After mixing evenly, put the topping in the refrigerator

The steps to make a cake batter

  • Prepare 2 medium bowls
  • Enter the flour, cornflour, xanthan gum, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt into the first bowl (bowl A). Stir the ingredients until smooth

  • Then oven until cooked for 40 minutes
